[SPEC-004] Adicionar método Request::body() (feat)

Resumo

Adiciona o método Request::body(), que retorna o corpo da requisição como
stdClass (alias de getBodyAsStdClass()), completando a API Express.js.

Mudanças

• src/Http/Request.php: novo método body(): stdClass.
• tests/Http/RequestTest.php: 2 testes novos.
• docs/technical/http/request.md: documenta body().

Versionamento (SemVer)
