…855) Update the *Enabling Fencing* section in `vm_ha.md` for OpenNebula/one#7996: `fence_host.sh` is no longer shipped directly, admins copy `fence_host.sh.example` to `fence_host.sh` instead. The copy is preserved across upgrades and the Host error hook attempts fencing only if it exists. Companion of the code/packaging changes for OpenNebula/one#7996. For `one-7.4`, this should be cherry-picked only once a fixed 7.4.x is released. (cherry picked from commit 0078e5b)
