docs: move Collabora page to NethForge section - #258

Collabora Online is distributed via the NethForge repository, so its documentation page now lives under nethforge/ instead of applications/. Update cross-references in both English and Italian docs accordingly. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-sonnet-5
