fix(core): add min-width for fit-text styling for filter chip - #472
Fit-text inputs in progressive filter chips now size to their content instead of shrinking to fit the chip. Configured maximum widths continue to limit both the input and its container, keeping the control within the specified width.

Walkthrough
The progressive filter chip stylesheet prevents fit-text controls from shrinking. Tests compare fit-text input widths inside and outside the chip and verify that an 80px maximum width limits the element and input widths.

The chip stylesheet sets flex-shrink: 0 for fit-text controls and slotted fit-text controls. Tests compare number and text input widths inside a chip with standalone inputs before and after value changes. Tests also check that an 80px maximum width limits the element and input widths.
Long fit-text values may hide controls in narrow chips. Confirm the sizing behavior and resolve the existing maximum-width concerns before merging.

- Line 57: Update the --min-width rule so fit-content applies only to the chip
context, or otherwise ensure standalone nve-input[fit-text] controls honor an
explicit --max-width when the value is longer than that limit.
