Summary

Document how to download tagged prerelease artifacts with the GitHub CLI. The examples cover both the complete release-shaped artifact set and an individual ARM64 Debian package.

Related Issue

No issue required: this is a localized README documentation update.

Changes

  • Document how to find the workflow run for a prerelease tag.
  • Show how to download the complete normalized artifact set.
  • Include representative output filenames.
  • Show how to download only the ARM64 Debian artifact.
