correct -VI and -UC documentation and map -UC letters to mode options - #51

-ValidInterval was documented as suppressing downloads outside the interval; it actually rolls the data end date/hour back and re-checks already-archived periods in that window. -UC letter B was documented as -BT (code sets -UB) and letter A (-CA) was missing entirely. The guide deck now shows the -UC letter to Mode option mapping side by side with the command-line-only modes, so the control record and the mode reference slide line up.
