comment: discrete gpu required?

Hiya,

Been using mapclient 0.25.0 on a mac mini running macos 14, that does not have a discrete GPU. Others noted how slow the mini is performing tasks -- is a discrete GPU strongly recommended then?

Maybe note that somewhere -- as well as which versions of macos are supported. I setup this mini to run stuff that refuses to work on other macoses (i.e., macos 12, etc).

Yes, a discrete GPU is recommended for 3D rendering. There isn’t anything more to say than that really.
I’ll add the supported versions to the documentation.
