Adopt Pumas Image-to-Text in the typed caption consumer

Adds the opt-in typed Image→Text caption consumer while preserving the existing compatible caption workflow and historical typed text/image receipts.

Producer pin and contract

• Published consumer head: 56b7515731606c64ea03713a1968c8b334a06e72; tree: 0d010002b3f92d84d893e1446df84af37c18b7d5.
• Pinned merged producer: Pumas PR68, commit 36c2aab2c885b8416fd4e39cf8c37c510596d6e4, tree cf4d3ca3fbaa77ccd7ba2ebd10c7e9d5ba434ef4.
• All six actual production Rust DTO schemas remain byte-identical: the reviewed producer changes no DTO definition or schema dependency. source.json preserves the actual export commit 5c7d78d7e4eefe65f2395bb3ca2d7bc2ada83c2f; handler and controlled-test source blob/SHA-256 identities are refreshed to the reviewed producer.
• Runtime source identity, fixture provenance, documentation and mock gateway advertisement use the same versioned pin. An application regression assertion protects the advertisement/evidence identity.

Consumer behavior

Accepts all seven capability variants, image formats and image bounds. Each new typed caption attempt checks the Image→Text build advertisement and an available descriptor for the selected model/profile, submits ordered PNG/JPEG byte inputs with semantic_task:"image_to_text" and stream:false, and accepts only correlated complete typed text. URL/path authority is refused.

Caption preparation retains its smaller one-JPEG/2 MiB/1600-axis bounds. Producer request/image/count/aggregate/message/part/options limits are enforced. HTTP status/code/outcome are retained; disconnects, uncertain results and interrupted possibly dispatched attempts never replay. Exact request-ID repeats return the saved job. Cancellation joins the consumer worker and retires its HTTP actor while preserving the borrowed gateway. Applying output creates a draft with rights/family/history retained; image-bearing requests remain on exact job receipts.

Verification

• All 415 Python tests passed on the preceding consumer head, including 59 focused vision, existing typed, legacy caption and legacy image tests. This four-file provenance-only update reruns all 11 vision tests plus Python compilation and diff checks successfully.
• Four controller commands, Python compilation, three JavaScript syntax checks and diff checks pass.
• Eight consumer-built named/facade PNG/JPEG requests, seven descriptors, capability/text/error responses and 30 producer enum parser probes validate against the actual exported schemas.
• Preceding-head CI passes all 91 hosted steps, including the actual typed-caption browser flow. Reviewed-pin CI passes all 91 steps on the same-commit rerun. The first attempt stopped at an existing browser-navigation interruption; the rerun passes that caption-proposal test and typed-caption acceptance.

Coordinated merge and limits

Pumas PR68 is merged. This consumer pins its immutable main merge commit; the merged producer tree is identical to the reviewed green source. Tuldok PR31 is merged at 1bb2c3ae9d08432c53ddf9d4bf77fa5f62ad318c; its main tree equals the final tested consumer tree. No native model/projector inference, semantic quality, managed native-session teardown, production audio qualification or platform packaging acceptance is claimed. No models or runtimes were acquired. The controlled wire fixture is source-derived; the six schemas are actual production DTO exports. Historical typed text/image receipts are unchanged.

Final immutable-main pin validation: all 11 focused vision tests, Python compilation and diff checks pass. Final-head CI passes all 91 steps, including the actual typed-caption browser flow. The final head also passed CodeRabbit.
