Fix: Flatpak XDG folders and idempotent release packaging - #94

Honour XDG_*_DIR env vars, persist the Quick access seed only when folders were found, upload CI assets to an existing (draft) release with --clobber, attach SHA256SUMS and the AUR recipe, and document the publish procedure. Flatpak XDG folders
Could not reproduce with the 0.1.0-alpha1 bundle: installed from a throwaway FLATPAK_USER_DIR and run on a private Xvfb, Desktop/Downloads/Documents/Pictures/Music/Videos are pinned both with and without
user-dirs.dirs.user-dirs.dirsis bind-mounted at the remapped$XDG_CONFIG_HOME,$HOMEis the real home and--filesystem=hostexposes the folders, so no new finish-args.
