"Open in terminal as root" started the caller's $SHELL (e.g. fish) as root, so root ran the user's shell with root's config for that shell, which could reference missing files. run0, sudo and pkexec now explicitly start the shell from root's passwd entry (falling back to /bin/sh). Tests: 1107 passed, 0 failed.
