Brain atlases, or labeled anatomical spatial maps, are essential for understanding brain structure and function. However, despite the necessity of atlases for interpretation of results and communication, to date, there is no publicly accessible, precomputed resource to compare regions across atlases in 3D. We propose an accessible resource to systematically visualize regions across atlases to reduce the barrier for researchers and clinicians to explore and communicate anatomy. We built an automated pipeline to render brain regions across multiple atlases to include gray matter, white matter, and functionally relevant labels. As a result, we provide a website with page-based navigation across hundreds of regions. Each region contains a page with an AI-generated overview of the region, along with multiple glass brain videos and tri-planar visuals.
