The "C4_colorfilter" file is a macro automatically setting the brightness / contrast in up to four channels in multiple images at once. Just edit the channel settings at the top.
The "C4_segmenting" file is for apply thresholding values to .tif files. Provides option to calculate the % area and / or cell counts in each channel and creates a "Results" folder with the output in a .csv file. Just edit the channel settings and analysis parameters at the top.
