fix(deployment-matrix): deploy mock-btg-server to anacleto - #987

lerian-internal-gitops#3754 restored mock-btg-server in the six anacleto chaos and fuzzing -st lanes, but the matrix listed it on benedita only, so the Pix BTG plugin's mock image bump never reached them. Listing it under anacleto makes every beta, rc and stable tag write .mock.image.tag in chaos/<env>-st and fuzzing/<env>-st; the -mt paths have no values file and are skipped with a warning, as for the plugin itself.

Every develop, release-candidate and main release of the Pix BTG plugin (
plugin-br-pix-indirect-btg) now bumps the mock BTG server on the six anacleto chaos and fuzzing lanes too, not only on benedita.LerianStudio/lerian-internal-gitops#3754 restored
mock-btg-serverin the anacleto chaos and fuzzing lanes (dev-st,stg-st,prd-st, namespacesmock-btg-server-<lane>-<tier>). The plugin'supdate_mock_gitopsjob resolves its targets fromconfig/deployment-matrix.yml, where the app was listed under benedita only, so those lanes were never bumped and kept the tags they were created with.Affected:
