Expanded readiness review found unsafe legacy dashboard exposure/Markdown, mutating cascade dry-run, unsupported personal/medical-adjacent opportunity inferences, CWD-dependent validation, Apache LICENSE versus MIT metadata, and stale A→B analysis/report acceptance. Reproduce with synthetic fixtures, fail closed on unsupported legacy surfaces, bind derived artifacts to inputs, validate an installed wheel outside checkout and remove Forgejo false-green suppression. Preserve canonical Apache-2.0 license. No further tag or public release is authorized under the updated instruction; KINOCUT synthesis remains paused.
