Adds `crates/sl-viewer/tests/properties_viewer_bundle_detail.rs` with
11 proptest properties pinning `bundle_list::summarize` and
`detail_pane::extract_detail` reductions:
* `bundle_list::summarize`:
* `source_id` carries through unchanged.
* `bundle_count` equals the input slice count.
* `has_acceptance` / `has_contract` reflect presence of those
kinds in the input bundle list.
* `intent_goal` is the first Intent slice's string `goal`, or
`"(no goal)"` when no Intent slice carries a string `goal`.
* Deterministic across calls.
* `detail_pane::extract_detail`:
* `source_id` carries through unchanged.
* `intent_state` is always `IntentState::Extracted`.
* `total_token_estimate` matches `bundle.total_token_estimate()`.
* `Option<String>` fields (`intent_goal`, `context_cwd`,
`context_title`) mirror the first slice's matching JSON field,
with `None` when the slice / field is absent.
* Deterministic across calls.
Updates WBS-6.2 evidence list, TRACEABILITY.json, and CHANGELOG.

How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. Suggestion: The generator permits an empty goal, but this assertion requires every summarized goal to be non-empty. When the first Intent slice contains {"goal": ""}, summarize correctly returns the empty string under the documented first-string contract, causing this property to fail for valid generated input. Either exclude empty goals from the strategy or remove the non-empty assertion. [incorrect condition logic]
Severity Level: Major ⚠️
- ❌ Property test fails for valid empty Intent goals.
- ⚠️ CI validation can fail despite correct summarization.(Use Cmd/Ctrl + Click for best experience)

WARNING: Documented acceptance_signals/constraints invariants lack property tests
The module doc comment documents that extract_detail should produce empty acceptance_signals/constraints when the Intent slice is absent and mirror string members otherwise, but no property test verifies these invariants. This leaves documented behavior unprotected against regressions.
