In prep for removing from kos-ports, unlike others that have been updated, this one will link headers into `addons` and follows its makefile prefab.

As in title. Follows similar fixes for other kos-ports lib repos which used the old kos-ports formatted makefiles. Now it should be possible to build it direct from its makefile and have it added to addons.
