Only a few had been removed in the previous cleanup. Additionally narrowed the includes from kos to prevent accidentally pulling anything in as was being done with `<arch/types.h>`.

<arch/types.h>. Per KallistiOS/KallistiOS#840Update to makefile to install to kos-ports as well.
