docs/PAPERS.md/data/papers.json解析 564 条文献，写入站内可检索的独立 detail 节点。paper-rcl-*索引实体 + 对应sources/papers/rcl_awesome_wam_*.md；178 条因 arXiv 已存在 canonical 页而复用，避免重复 frontmatter。rcl_awesome_wam_catalog.md；交叉更新列表实体与 WAM 概念页。scripts/generate_rcl_awesome_wam_paper_entities.py（可重复运行、幂等）。验证
make ci-preflight通过make ci-test通过（含 ruff format / mypy / pytest）验证截图
