Installs project dependencies via 'uv sync --all-extras --frozen' (mirroring CI) at the start of every web session, so tests (pytest) and the linter (ruff) are ready without manual setup. Guarded to run only in the remote environment, and idempotent/non-interactive. .gitignore is updated to track the shared hook and settings while keeping other local .claude/ state ignored.
