The live IT 140 repository and course-tool status table is maintained in the main repository README, not duplicated in this wiki.

Use that table to check whether an assignment or project repository is ready, has a known issue, or is temporarily blocked.

Keeping one live status table prevents the wiki and README from showing different information.
