Which issue does this PR close?\n\n- Dependency follow-up to Embucket/arrow-rs#6 and Rustice's nested Variant MAP compatibility work.\n\n## Rationale for this change\n\nRustice needs Arrow's nested Variant fix, but DataFusion's workspace pins the previous Arrow git revision. Mixing revisions creates duplicate Arrow types and breaks integration.\n\n## What changes are included in this PR?\n\nUpdate the nine workspace Arrow/Parquet git pins and the corresponding lockfile entries to the reviewed Arrow fork commit. No DataFusion code or public API changes.\n\n## Are these changes tested?\n\n and pass. The Rustice integration corpus is being run against this revision; results will be added before merge.\n\n## Are there any user-facing changes?\n\nNo direct DataFusion API changes. This pin enables nested Variant values in typed Arrow containers for Rustice.
