Flag pasting

• Parses flag + seed out of strings like "01:51 SahasrahBot: Seed: 710235532 - Flags: hEAAdgKyAs6WvqAssLJidnf7xJOY+0csos1gnXRs!AAFR+h" when pasting into the flag box.
• Adds an output filename formatting option, including generation datestamp and version

The combined paste is a good QoL improvement.

I think with the output filename template that we're shooting ourselves in the foot if we let people not include the flags and seed in the filename. Perhaps if those are not included, a {basename}.txt must be created that includes that information.

(A small sidenote is that seeds are not actually digit only, but I guess in practice they might as well be because that is what racetime gives you. So, I think it's fine and it would be hard to identify the seed otherwise.)
