Updates package-lock.json only: transitive tar 7.4.3 → 7.5.20, minizlib 3.0.2 → 3.1.0, and drops the nested mkdirp entry under tar ( tar no longer lists mkdirp as a direct dependency). tar’s SPDX license metadata changes to BlueOak-1.0.0.

No application source changes; this is a lockfile refresh for a dependency used during archive pack/unpack (e.g. install tooling). The newer tar line includes hardening around paths, Pax parsing, and decompression limits per upstream release notes.
