Swimlane key redesign

resolves #494

• Swimlane key display doesn't expand outside the timeline bar
  • It is now embedded inside of the timeline
  • The timeline adjusts to the right
• The headings for different charts and swimlanes should line up now
• Swimlane headers when hovered will display the values
• Adds options to force open the swimlane key or disable the key button
  • Also add options to set the width of the swimlane key
