I will work on a focused fix for this. I will make failed MCP icon loads fall back to the existing generated extension avatar in both the Settings card and detail surfaces, keep valid custom and brand icons unchanged, add regression coverage, and verify the real Settings to Extensions flow with the repository fraimz evidence.
I am stepping back from this issue. Current main has replaced the legacy MCP extension view with the unified Plugins surface, so a narrowly scoped fix against the reported UI is no longer available without broadening the change beyond the issue. Leaving this unclaimed for maintainers or contributors working on the current architecture.

Settings > Extensions（扩展）页面中，
dingtalk与lark（飞书）两个 MCP 的图标显示为破图（加载失败）。功能不受影响：两个 MCP 的连接与工具调用均正常。The DingTalk and Lark (Feishu) MCP entries in Settings > Extensions render broken icons. Both MCPs work fine — only the icons fail to load.

mcp配置 schema 不包含 icon 字段；本地opencode.jsonc与全局~/.config/opencode/opencode.json均无任何图标相关配置 —— 排除用户配置问题。@sputnicyoji/dingtalk-workspace-mcp为社区包，未收录进图标映射表；@larksuiteoapi/lark-mcp为官方包，可能是图标 URL 失效。期望 / Expected
