Add a Beta patient view: cancers as rows - #5

Beta is Improved plus a flipped, content-sized cancer comparison table. Tumor columns appear only where a tumor differs from its cancer, and the vertical matrix is used when the panel is too narrow. Improved and Alpha are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds a Beta option to the View control: Improved with the cancer comparison flipped (cancers as rows, attributes as columns, content-sized), tumor columns only where they differ, falling back to the vertical matrix when narrow. Alpha and Improved unchanged. Tests, docs and changelog updated; 431 tests pass, build clean.
