…allowlist (#4355) The sweep added in #4345 relies on a NULL scryptDepositNotifiedDate as the durable signal for a not-yet-confirmed Scrypt deposit notification, but the column was not readable through the debug endpoint. Add the plain timestamp to the fiat_output allowlist alongside the other lifecycle dates so operations can query which payouts are still unconfirmed.
