feat: add Google Analytics and refine Experience and Certificates sections

Description

Added Google Analytics tracking and separated the Experience and Certificates sections.

Changes

• Added Google Analytics tracking with a reusable <GoogleAnalytics /> component.
• Integrated Google Analytics into the root site layout.
• Added .env.example for the Google Analytics Measurement ID.
• Updated .gitignore to allow .env.example to be committed.
• Separated the Certificates section from Experience on homepage.
• Updated the Experience and Certificates section layout.
• Updated Experience and Certificates page metadata.
• Updated component tests for the <Experience /> and <Certificates /> components.

Notes for Reviewers

• Google Analytics requires NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID to be configured in the deployment environment, so I updated it in Vercel where this site is deployed.
• The actual .env file remains excluded from Git.
• .env.example is included as a reference for the required environment variable.
• I'll still verify if this Google Analytics works after merging to main branch.
• I was thinking so long now about separating the Experience and Certificates section so I acted on it for this PR.
• I think the change is nicer overall.
• Future PR's would be about documentation updates, more features, etc.
