feat: build the projects page feature

Description

Completed the /projects page feature by adding a responsive project grid, project metadata, navigation links, accessibility improvements, and testings.

Changes

• Added a responsive grid layout for the /projects page.
• Added additional projects and project metadata including GitHub URLs and technologies.
• Added GitHub and live website links for each project.
• Added a View all projects link to the homepage Projects section.
• Added Back to homepage and View all projects links to the /projects page.
• Added accessible labels and keyboard focus styles to project links.
• Updated project data tests to validate all projects.
• Added validation for project GitHub URLs and technologies.
• Added integration test coverage for the homepage Projects section.
• Added E2E coverage for the Projects page and its key navigation flows.

Notes for Reviewers

• The /projects page now serves as the complete project showcase for the portfolio.
• Project cards include links to both the live website and GitHub repository which opens a new tab.
• Unit, integration, and E2E tests were added or updated to cover the feature.
• I decided not to add simple projects from when I started learning and just added the ones that I think covers more of my depth as a full stack developer.
• I will be adding more latest projects in the future as soon as I complete it.
• The View all projects links to my Projects Hub GitHub repository where it contains all my project repositories.
• I also updated my profile picture to be more consistent with my GitHub and LinkedIn profile.
