test(blog): add blog page tests and polish blog navigation

Description

Polished the existing blog experience and added comprehensive test coverage for the blog page.

Changes

• Polished blog navigation links and replace text arrows with lucide-react icons.
• Improved mobile presentation of blog navigation, tags, and breadcrumb text.
• Added loading="eager" attribute to blog and author images for performance.
• Added breadcrumb navigation to the /blog page.
• Added unit tests for getSlug() and getBlogMeta() utilities.
• Added integration tests for the Breadcrumb component.
• Added integration tests for the ArticleHeader component.
• Added E2E coverage for the landing page Blog section, /blog page, and /blog/[slug] pages.
• Added E2E coverage for valid and invalid blog article routes.
• Added E2E coverage for navigation between Home, Blog, and article pages.
• Added E2E coverage for the View All and Read more articles navigation flows.

Notes for Reviewers

• This PR primarily polishes the existing /blog page and strengthens its test coverage.
• E2E tests, integration tests, and unit tests were added since I realized I haven't added them yet for the blog feature.
• I did not add the E2E test in the quick demo since it takes too long to record.
• Planning on adding a Buy Me a Kofi link at the end of each article pages for future changes.
• I will focus on adding the /projects page in my next PR.
