Summary
Remove the redundant host-side Node and pnpm setup from the CircleCI release job.
The release job uses a machine executor without Node.js or npm. The Dockerfile already uses the pinned Node 24 builder to install the verified Corepack package, install dependencies, compile the TypeScript sources, and prebake the geocoder data. GitHub Actions separately runs the TypeScript lint and test suites.
This keeps the release job compatible with its executor and avoids introducing a second package-manager bootstrap path.
Verification
mainand contains only the CircleCI cleanup.
