Writeboost doesn't allow cache device sharing. If user tried to do this, it may result in data corruption. To avoid this, https://github.com/akiradeveloper/dm-writeboost/issues/115 suggests adding safeguard to the kernel module. But it may be easier to do with wbcreate command.
