Language files not loaded

The textdomain doesn't match the plugin slug on w.org.

Therefore, the plugin is currently trying to load wpe-php-compat-xx_XX.mo that don't exist, because the language files downloaded from translate.w.org are php-compatibility-checker-xx_XX.mo.
