Feature-Request: Check/Install program Update from Hub

As the powershell-script is deprecated and has some issues like blocking itself while running i wonder if it would be possible to initiate the "start update"-mechanism of the CTW program from the hub for all of my connected instances.
Like in the instance-view a small button besides the client version to start the update process on the target computer would be great.

We have many instances connected from systems in different networks/domains/locations and thus many different software packaging possibilities - often none at all for servers.

We completely understand how useful that would be. We want users to take full control of how updates are applied and depending on the organization structure the people who install software updates are not necessarily the hub administrators.

Typically when the app gets installed/updated it's by a user who's logged in as an administrator, but also typically the service itself is running as local system. Having the app updating the app itself while running as local system is something haven't tried very much and can foresee all sorts of likely permission issues etc.

Currently we recommend you use an industry standard tool like Ansible to rollout updates.

It's not that we never will offer that feature, but it's not as trivial as it first appears.

Yeah i know you stated that already on the documentation page but there is no such thing as an "industry standard" when it comes to deploying software especially to servers. Installing, maintaining and connecting another third party tool to the CTW infrastructure is unfortunately no option. I really hoped to not have to engineer some auto update mech out of your auto-update-script and use a built in feature :-(
