AGENTS.md, CONVENTIONS.md, workflow.md, CLAUDE.md, both build playbooks and the skill state each rule once and point to it again, and the scaffold AGENTS.md keeps the concrete type list from [#1635](https://github.com/webjsdev/webjs/pull/1635).
