Describe the bug

when I start the pre-resample, it wouldn't allow the svc to function

the dataset is placed right in the folder, but still couldn't activate

you are not installed coreectly,so it can't find the command of svc.if you want to use svc ,just use pip to install so-vits-svc-fork
