[Bug]: Segmentation fault

Bug Description

1.- Open forge.
2.- Configure my local AI URL.
3.- Segmentation fault.
From that point when I move the mouse cursor a lot of text is written

Note: I tried with other providers like Anthropic but it crashes same way.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

Having it running I suppose

Actual Behavior

Segmentation fault.
