Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This library claims to support SQL Server, and purportedly offers generic support for all major RDBMS yet lacks support for basic features such as SSPI/trusted authentication.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like broader support and documentation pertaining to SQL Server, starting with SSPI/trusted authentication, as this is the primary form of access control utilised (AFAIK) within companies using SQL Server.

Describe alternatives you've considered
SQLx Pro (or whatever the God-forsaken cash grab goes by), Tiberius.

Support for connecting to SQL Server through Windows Authentication would indeed be great !
