Ember-prism can't find prism deps when host app is dummy

As described in the summary. I have prepared a failing branch billybonks/empress-blog-dawn-template#1.

if you checkout master it will work. this is the only difference

@billybonks that link seems to 404, also this should work the same in a dummy app as a normal app, I think.
