Devtoberfest Banner on the Homepage

Let's add a banner very visible on the homepage about Devtoberfest. Have a countdown time until Devtoberfest starts and then change to some text with the dates Devtoberfest will be live. Have a link to the Devtoberfest page at https://developers.sap.com/devtoberfest/

Banner works but the color of the graident isn't on brand. Can we use a Joule Purple/Pink brand gradient instead.
