PYTHON_GROUP_UPLOADS leads to Internal Errors when uploading wheels

Describe the bug
After enabling "PYTHON_GROUP_UPLOADS" , when uploading to a pypi repo, i get this Internal Error https://glitchtip.devshift.net/insights/issues/3847736

To Reproduce
The same happens in the oci-env. Enabling PYTHON_GROUP_UPLOADS triggers the bug.
It works fine when PYTHON_GROUP_UPLOADS is set to falce

Expected behavior
Uploads not returning Internal Error
