Example in README.md doesn't work

Here's the example usage in the README.md:

const maker = require('@pkgjs/meet')

  const issue = await maker.meetings.createNextMeeting(client, {
    owner: 'pkgjs',
    repo: 'meet',
    schedules: []
  })
  console.log(issue) // the response from the GitHub api creating the issue
})()

Currently, it fails because client isn't actually defined.

    const client = new github.GitHub(token)

Client is seemingly the GItHub Auth - we should write in here how to do this without using Actions.
