Plugin with id 'sonar-runner' not found

When i try to build the app i get this :

Error:(13, 0) Plugin with id 'sonar-runner' not found. <a href="openFile:C:\Users\Yunus\Documents\Android Architecture\AndroidUI\EffectiveAndroidUI\app\build.gradle">Open File</a>
