Missing branch_id parameter on connection_uri method

The connection_uri method is missing the optional branch_id parameter.

+ this is required to retrieve a branch specific connection string. Unlike other methods that accept a JSON payload, this method’s input is strictly defined and does not provide an option to specify branch_id.

Additionally, the project_create method doesn't return the connection_uris object (which the raw Neon API and Typescript SDK return), which is necessary for obtaining the connection string. The only fallback is this connection_uri method, but it also lacks a branch_id parameter.
