The tutorial is aimed primarily at quantum software developers, followed by HPC practitioners, compiler researchers, and application scientists who want to integrate and use cloud-based quantum resources within large HPC–QC stacks. In particular, attendees interested in middleware, compilation, runtime systems, and workflow orchestration. The expected background is limited to familiarity with basic quantum programming concepts. Knowledge of OpenQASM, cloud service SDKs, hybrid workflows, clusters, or batch schedulers is helpful but not required.
