Missing CUDA constantly after many attempts at installing

I have CUDA installed on my pc.
Am using Pinokio to install this.
All other apps are working fine, and see CUDA.
Ive tried installing this using Administartor, and without. 
I must of uninstalled and removed Pinokio many times now, and everytime this YuE always gives warning "WARNING: Failed to find CUDA."
