[GitHub username rename] Deprecate / delete orphaned io.github.eminyilmz/high-performance-mcp-server after rename to AnIayana

Summary

Our GitHub account was renamed from eminyilmz to AnIayana. As a result, the existing server entries under \io.github.eminyilmz/high-performance-mcp-server\ are now orphaned and cannot be managed (since GitHub OIDC authentication is now keyed to \AnIayana).

We are preparing to publish the upcoming release (v0.4.0+) under the new canonical namespace:
\io.github.AnIayana/high-performance-mcp-server\
