Add docs for Deploying Microcks on OVH Managed Kubernetes Service

Describe the bug

As part of the ongoing initiative to provide production-ready deployment guides for Microcks across major cloud providers, this issue proposes creating a comprehensive guide for deploying Microcks on OVHcloud Managed Kubernetes Service. It will follow the structure and best practices defined in the shared Guideline.md for cloud deployments.

The documentation will cover:

• The guide will focus on deploying Microcks using:
• OVH Managed Kubernetes for cluster orchestration
• External PostgreSQL (OVH’s managed DB service or any compatible alternative) for Keycloak
• Helm-based MongoDB deployment for Microcks persistence (due to lack of native MongoDB)
• Keycloak integration for identity and access management
• Installing and verifying Microcks via Helm with secure config

FYI an OVHcloud CLI will be available in the future but it is not available for the moment. So in a first version of this guide it can be possible to deploy components on OVH loud through Terraform/OpenTofu if it's OK for you?

Thanks for replying! 🙌 Since the OVHcloud CLI isn't available at the moment, we'll proceed with Terraform/OpenTofu for the first version of the guide.
