Grabbing a seed and being able to throw it on the ground

Do I need access so that I can be assigned to this?

I did some work in the past to detect when the controller is in grabbing distance of certain objects, and highlight them. You should be able to see this if you put the controller in the big red sphere.

It would be nice if we could keep this behaviour.
