Display of remaining usage in the CLI

It would be nice to have the remaining (or used doesn't really matter) premium requests/tokens.

Proposed solution

I believe it was in the CLI at some point but for some time it is missing. It would be really nice to know how much usage is left without firing up visual studio or some other gui client which has that info.

Example prompts or workflows

It would optimize that workflow:
User wants to know how much usage is left -> they search through all of the commands on copilot CLI -> they don't find one -> they go to the VS/Github.com/any other gui and check.
Instead:
User wants to know how much usage is left -> they get that info
Pretty neat imo :)

I believe some time ago it was there, but it is gone for multiple releases now

@aCrYoZPS use the command /statusline (needs experimental mode activated i think) and simply add it back in =)
